2. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays, once payment has been successfully received.
When your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value before taxes:
Orders $1.00–$29.99: $10.00 USD shipping fee
Orders $30.00 and above: Free Shipping
This pricing structure applies to both domestic and international orders.
4. International Shipping Information
Flat-Rate Shipping:
International orders follow the same shipping rate rules listed above, with no additional international surcharge.
Customs & Import Charges:
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
HoHotDeals Shop has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount. Please consult your local customs authority for more information.
Delivery Timeframes:
International delivery times vary by region and customs processing. Estimated delivery may range from 10 business days to several weeks. Tracking information will provide the most accurate updates.
5. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website.
7. Multiple-Item Orders
Items within a single order are typically shipped together. In some cases, products may be shipped separately due to availability or logistical reasons. If this occurs, you will be notified. Shipping charges will still be calculated based on the original order total.
