1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Most items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must meet all of the following conditions:
Unused and in original condition
Unworn and unwashed, if applicable
Complete, including all tags, labels, and original packaging
Resalable, free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations
Proof of purchase required, such as an order number or receipt
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene, safety, and logistical reasons, certain items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Consumable goods (food, beverages, supplements, cosmetics, skincare)
Personal care items (underwear, hosiery, pierced earrings)
Hazardous materials (cleaning agents, aerosols)
Opened or downloaded digital media (software, CDs, DVDs)
International orders, except in cases of damage or defect

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Reason for the request
If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions. Returns submitted without an RMA will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping & Costs (U.S. Customers Only)
Once an RMA is issued:
Securely pack the item(s) using the original packaging when possible
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package

Return Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Exchanges Processing
Inspection Period: 7–14 business days after the return is received
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection (bank processing times may vary)
Deductions: Refunds may be adjusted for missing items or damage
Exchanges: Subject to availability; if unavailable, a refund will be provided
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. For eligible U.S. cases, a prepaid return label may be provided.
